Azeus is looking for a Senior Human Resource & Administration Executive to be part of a multi-awarded and leading software solution provider.
The Senior Human Resources Executive needs to oversee the Human Resource responsibilities in EU and UK.
The role is pivotal to an organizations ability to run smoothly and without interruption.
Responsibilities The Senior HR & Admin.
Executive will manage a full spectrum of HR & Admin.
functions and operations including but not limited to: Onboarding, Offboarding and Record Maintenance Handle administrative functions especially those related to preparation of employment contracts or consultancy agreements, sales compensation & commission agreements, work visa application and right to work.
Conduct onboarding and offboarding of staff Update and maintain employee records, information and documents accurately.
Ensure new joiners are provided desk space, devices (laptop, desktop, phone, ID (Door Access card), business card and etc.
Ensure resigning staff handover all company assets and revoke all system access Payroll Prepare, monitor and coordinate with the Finance team regarding monthly payroll computation, staff claims and processing for all employees to ensure accurate and timely management of payroll and claims.
Check overall staff claims based on company / Global compensation and benefits Training and Development Oversee and manage the planning and execution of training programs to develop and retain high-performing talents.
Ensure there is proper records for all trainings attended by staff.
Conduct yearly Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Performance Appraisal and Talent Management Ensure probationary and annual performance evaluations are done in a timely manner Manage all aspects of employee relations including grievances/queries, performance and attendance monitoring and report, and discipline Organize event planning, employee engagement events, booking of flight tickets and accommodation etc.
Recruitment Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, third party recruiters and etc.
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions Other HR & Admin.
Tasks Ensure HR & Admin.
policies and Standard Operating Procedures are being followed and updated when required.
Other duties and functions as are incidental or inherent to your duties, or those which may be required, requested or entrusted to you by your superiors.
Qualifications 5 years of relevant Senior experience in Human Resources and Administration with exposure in handling EU and UK HR functions.
Ability to effectively work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
Experience in managing and facilitating HR activities with multitasking abilities Excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to details A self-starter with minimal supervision Have experience in HRIS System or payroll process Knowledge in EU / UK labour laws and its mandatory requirements in terms of hiring and dismissal Must be able to speak and write fluent English to business level (B2) as well as Spanish.
