This position will have an active role in the monthly reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, budgeting, forecasting and overall PL management.
This position oversees European markets and reports directly to the Regional Business Controller for Europe.Role ResponsibilitiesProvide operational support to the Regional Business Controller and act as a Finance Partner to Regional Local Leadership.Track expenses and revenue vs. budget/forecast and reconcile variances, analyze current and past trends in KPIs including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.Drive analysis process by enforcing policies and procedures, improving existing processes and techniques, recommending actions to improve profitability.Determine cost of operations by establishing standard cost rates related KPIs; maintain and improve consumption-based costing models; evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization.Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models.Success CriteriaDeliver on your personal, organizational and company goals.Standardize automate reporting, increase forecasting accuracy.Set up and provide KPI's to the stakeholders that will benefit the growth of the business.Drive change by introducing more efficient ways of finance-business partnership.Organizational AlignmentReports to the Regional Business Controller; part of global FPA organization.Enlists the support of cross functional teams across the regions, product areas, and function.What we need to see from youWhat you offerMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.3-4 years' experience in FPA/Controlling.
