You will work as a key member of the Hong Kong & Macau Leadership Team to accelerate business growth, with a P&L mindset focused on optimizing team performance and marketing investment. You will drive customer centricity within the organization by understanding the evolving payment ecosystem and changing consumer needs. You will lead the team to deliver B2B and B2C campaigns, programs, and activities, acting as a marketing advisory consultancy to deliver value-added services to our clients and partners.In the Marketing value-added service capacity, you will have top line and bottom line accountability in addition to program KPIs. We believe that economies that include everyone everywhere uplift everyone everywhere.The Visa Hong Kong & Macau office will rely on this team to deliver on Visa's brand purpose and mission through marketing programs, co-marketing activations with key partners, as well as supporting key clients through value-added services.Projects you will be a part of:Passionate about marketing with extensive experience in marketing strategy and execution.Formal qualifications in marketing mandatory with proven experience in managing great creative work, effective partnership in managing agencies across creative, media, digital, social, and below the line activities.15 years experience in Financial Services sector, Technology/FINTECH sector, and/or consumer sector.Proven performance in marketing and management with sizable marketing expense management responsibility.Strategy/consulting/B2B experience preferred.Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven, matrixed environment.Must have strong project/program management skills to successfully manage multiple, concurrent work streams.Commercially minded, good with financials, numbers, and forecasting; along with strong business acumen and management skills.Strategic and client-centric, consultative.Able to connect the dots between strategy, product & partner relationship teams.Expert in communication, presence, and thought leadership.Ability to influence, educate, and evangelize value propositions to internal & external stakeholders of various levels and abilities, including executives.People management experience. A people champion enjoys coaching, mentoring & supports team development.Able to demonstrate a proven ability to attract, hire and train top marketing talent.
