JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a CICD Platform Engineer that will be focused on goals related to infrastructure and delivery automation across a range of environments. The ultimate aim is to provide the teams with autonomy and independence to manage the entire life cycle in a self-sustainable way.
Our platform is based on a series of enterprise licensed tools, among which we can highlight: Cloudbees CI, Artifactory, XRay, SonarQube, ArgoCD.... all of them deployed in AWS, managed with Helm through ArgoCD.
You don't have to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be familiar with some of them, have knowledge of some cloud provider, and be proficient in the use of docker and kubernetes.
Our onboarding process will prepare you to cover the area of expertise you need to complement,
and in your day-to-day work you will always work together with the team. You will never be alone!

What you'll do: - You will help us create and evolve the best CI/CD platform for our teams, and you will do it in peering with CICD Platform Engineering team using agile methodology.
- You will be part of the decision-making process like any other member of the team.
- Evangelize the teams in the DevOps culture and the IT Operations vision.
- Develop infrastructure automation needed to support the evolution of the applications to achieve business goals.
- Implement automation across the software delivery and maintenance process to minimize manual tasks.
- Identify and implement new tools to achieve the demands of the DevOps cultural transformation
- Building continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to improve code quality, release frequency, and availability, while supporting the existing SDLC.
- Design and delivery of containerized solutions based around a micro-service architecture.
- Optimize the platform taking into account DORA metrics and implement or develop new tools.
- Support development teams in operational responsibilities on the path to production.
- Learn about and gather new technologies and related tools to introduce to the company to grow the agile development environment.
- Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure that new technologies, products, and design patterns are reviewed and adopted where appropriate, standardized, and documented.

- A generalist, versed in everything from systems administration to automation and orchestration tools, testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. Demonstrable hands-on experience with a public cloud provider, deep knowledge of Linux.

- Experience designing and managing High Availability platforms/services.
- Experience troubleshooting systems where you do not have enough information to solve problems.
- Experience providing support to development teams.
- Experience creating technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Be able to perform research for new technologies and implement PoCs.
Skills valuable: - Java, Maven, Springboot.
- Elastic stack (Logstash, Elasticsearch Kibana and Beats).
- Grafana and Prometheus.
- ArgoCD.
- Go, Python, Bash.
- Experience working with or maintaining relational databases.
Soft skills: - Good communication skills
- Willingness and ability to learn new programming languages, tools, and methodologies.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team within a project, with strong analytics and problem-solving skills
