Job Summary :We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Digital Sales Hub in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities :Lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large and complex data sets to support business operations.Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business insights.Design and implement statistical and predictive models to optimize sales processes and strategies.Customize and improve algorithms for various applications, including website optimization and search results.Develop and present comprehensive data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.Mentor and guide junior data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Review and oversee tasks performed by junior analysts, ensuring accuracy and quality of work.Conceptualize, follow up, and deliver analytics projects, including definition of KPIs, creation and communication of insights, and project definitions for junior analysts.Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, ensuring that complex data insights are understood and actionable.Qualifications :Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a sales or business analytics role.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with large-scale cloud data analysis frameworks.Expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and time series analysis.Proven experience in developing KPIs and conducting A/B testing.Excellent problem-solving skills and technical leadership.Ability to extract and translate business metrics and questions from data sets into well-documented and actionable insights.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data-driven insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.What We Offer :Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and innovative work environment.
