Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and optimizing delivery performance.Essential Job Functions:Accurate and timely processing of orders received through various channelsManaging the entire order fulfillment cycle, from sales order entry to customer satisfactionEnsuring accurate and on-time invoicing for all ordersCoordinating order processing, delivery, and dispatch with freight forwardersServing as a liaison between customers and sales teamsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to ordersOptimizing delivery performance and managing backordersEnsuring compliance with financial policies and procedures, participating in continuous improvement activitiesQualifications & Experience:Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders received through various channelsStrong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in using data and analytics to inform decision-makingExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to ensure on-time, in-full delivery, and optimize delivery performance by managing and overseeing backordersAdvanced Excel Skills: Advanced formula creation, pivot table creation and manipulation and data analysis and visualization using Excel. Experience with VBA programming for automating tasks and creating macros is a plusProficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, including order management, pricing, and billingKnowledge of SAP Material Management (MM) module, including inventory management, purchasing, and material requirements planning (MRP)Arxada is an equal opportunity employer.
