Your ImpactAs an SAP VIM Lead Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and delivering successful OpenText solutions for our clients. Using your expertise in OpenText products and SAP Invoice Management, you'll design and implement solutions that streamline Accounts Payable processes and enhance digital content processing for Accounts Receivable. Collaborating closely with project managers, you'll ensure that projects meet all key objectives. This role is based in Poland, offering opportunities to travel both locally and occasionally beyond, providing a dynamic environment for professional growth and impact.
What the Role OffersLead the implementation of complex OpenText projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and delivering high-quality results.Analyze customer business requirements and transform them into effective technical solutions, ensuring optimal outcomes.Design application and solution architecture, collaborating closely with the customer and partner Lead Architect to ensure seamless integration.Produce Functional and Technical Design documentation, validating existing system designs for accuracy and efficiency.Manage customer satisfaction by providing leadership on assigned projects, ensuring the technical solution meets expectations.Optimize system performance through testing, tuning, and quality assurance of both OpenText and partner deliveries.Mentor team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate overall team performance.Support continuous improvement initiatives and conduct End of Project reviews to drive future project success.What You Need to SucceedStrong experience with SAP FI/CO modules at both technical and functional levels, along with expertise in SAP Invoice Management (OpenText Vendor Invoice Management).Proven ability to design and implement SAP workflows, including hands-on experience with ABAP OO programming and SAP integrations (e.g., Ariba, Fiori).Demonstrated success as a consultant on SAP Invoice Management projects, especially with large organizations.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders and project teams.Solid understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, with knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R) considered an asset.Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.Willingness to travel as needed to meet client needs and project requirements.
