In the specific case of this role, you will be in charge of the investigation, evolution and establishment of a growing business line by managing and developing our online payment solution solutions. This is an outstanding opportunity for any individual with the right experience to find a quick career growth opportunity into a senior management role as the business line in question is just starting to bloom.Our goal is creating one aligned effort to grow our customer base by developing our online payment solutions as well as alternative payments in the future.The primary role of the Senior Card Payments Manager is to bring on board, measure, track and improve performance of each Payment Provider/Acquirer as well as to gather data to improve decision-making and help the team preempt risks and identify growth opportunities.The Growth Hacking team works side by side with Creative, Ad Tech and Business Intelligence departments and reports to the Head of Advertising to continuously reach acquisition objectives.Requirements7+ years of experience in the payment processing business at payment service providers and/or fintech organisations; Strong familiarity with online payments and alternative payment methods, ideally with specific knowledge about recurring subscription digital goods merchants; Firm technical and business understanding of payment infrastructure, value chain and card networks; Experience with formulating payment operations strategies and know what is industry best practice; Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork; Up to date knowledge on regulatory and compliance requirements; Superb verbal and written communication skills in English; The motivation and flexibility to work well in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment; Self motivated with a "can-do" attitude
