Job ResponsibilitiesYou will be customer obsessed and will have an impressive track record of delivering influential product ranges that align to relevant global trends. Your responsibilities will include:-the development of new products for womenswear-combine research and analysis to excavate consumer needs according to the product style and merchandise positioning, and improve the precision of product development-perfect development planning and merchandise positioning, controlling development costs and quality, and continuously optimizing products-introduce and train suppliers, and regularly assess and communicate with suppliers.

Job Requirements?5+ years of experience of previous buying experience, and have a passion for emerging trends (for senior buyer role)?Your experience is ideally within women's fashion across a diverse range of product categories?Good at summarizing and analysing best and worst-selling products, with certain data analysis and product implementation capabilities?Bachelor degree in fashion design, or related majors
