Our Business Technology team is looking for a Senior Information Technology Engineer who is customer oriented, analytical, and has an interest in partnering with our software development organization on their infrastructure.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive patch management strategy aligned with IT goals and security requirements.Ensure patches are tested for functionality, compatibility, and potential conflicts with existing infrastructure & applications.Collaborate with Business Technology teams and Information Security teams to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize patches based on risk assessments.Implement vulnerability scanning tools and processes to proactively identify potential security gaps.Build, administer and support Windows, and Macintosh desktop administrationTo enhance overall system security, performance and availabilityTo provide on-call resolution for mission critical issues and document solutions within the case management systemRespond to and resolve emergent problems across our diverse enterprise systems, from the physical layer to the application layerUtilize best practices based on various frameworks (e.G.
