The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional results within their territory by building a robust pipeline, delivering a strong prospect experience throughout the sales lifecycle, and expanding CloudPay's market share in the Enterprise segment.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the payroll and HR technology landscape, have a proven track record of achieving and or exceeding sales targets, and have a strong will to win in a dynamic and high-growth environment. A naturally driven, charismatic, engaging & credible sales executive who is well connected through their established network.You'll need to be proactive and robust, able to cut through complexity and galvanize people internally and in prospects. The person will need exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and be capable of gaining buy-in at multiple levels to support Enterprise's new business development.Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: Revenue Growth through Sales Excellence:Deliver on assigned revenue targets through effective lead generation and customer acquisition.Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities within assigned territories.Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate territory and expand CloudPay's customer base.Collaborate with SDR & Marketing to create momentum in the assigned territory, building a strong pipeline aligned with CloudPay's Go-To-Market.Work with Solution Consulting, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver compelling, solution-oriented presentations.Partner engagement:Work with Strategic Alliances to build and leverage partner relationships in the HCM ecosystem and beyond.Market Insights & Industry presence:Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to stay informed about the dynamics of the payroll and payments market.Attend industry functions as assigned and approved by management, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.Attributes and Experience Required: Extensive knowledge and experience in selling within the HCM/ HRIS and Global Payroll managed services space.Proven track record and demonstrated success in closing large, complex Enterprise deals with strong, consistent delivery against revenue targets
