This role can be located in the following Amazon Business locations: London (UK), Munich/Berlin (Germany), Paris (France), Milan (Italy), Madrid (Spain), or Luxembourg (LUX).
Key Job Responsibilities: Participate in and oversee group reviews of all customer contractual and purchase documents Coordinate legal activities for contract/agreement negotiation and support the competitive bid process in reviewing RFPs and enabling contract compliance Complete SOP Playbook to facilitate overall management of each signed contract Review each proposed RFx to identify risks and assess compliance capabilities; Advise on contracting issues and approaches with respect to commercial terms and conditions as well as acquisition policy and regulations Lead all contract implementation activities including notifying compliance stakeholders and facilitating reporting requirements and fee payments Develop and launch Go-To-Market plan for each contract to educate Customer Advisors and leverage the contract as an engagement vehicle Facilitate customer meetings; Lead communication with customer contracting leads Maintain contract records/files and manage, track, and ensure adherence to all contractual obligations Develop and implement tools and processes in contracting operations to increase efficiency and sales productivity. Support the Customer Advisor team in educating contracting leads on Amazon Business Establish internal reporting on contract performance and own monitoring and reporting on progress, including oral and written presentations to EU senior leadership Additional Qualifications: Postgraduate Degree or Equivalent Experience Knowledge of managed spend buying requirements and/or expertise in reviewing and negotiating terms across a broad range of private and/or public sector contracts Experience in CRM tools and Salesforce El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo:
