Senior Business Analyst - Azure DevOps / MS Dynamics - Relocation to Amsterdam Job Description For an international institution based in Amsterdam, we are urgently looking for a Senior Business Analyst, with experience in Azure DevOps and MS Dynamics.
Candidates need to be fluent in English.
Relocation to Amsterdam is necessary.
Work permit is required.
This position is open for contractors who would like to commit long-term.
Requirements Engaging with Business representatives and users and facilitating workshops to gather requirements and elicit User Stories.
Writing User Stories with Detailed Acceptance Criteria, prompting users for additional criteria to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Structuring requirements/user stories and proposing the prioritization of features.
Building user journey/navigation.
Creating and/or updating mock-ups and wireframes.
Testing and playing an active role coordinating and supporting user testing and/or training.
Support change management activities as needed.
Daily use of Azure DevOps.
Profile Master's Degree and 8 years' experience as a Business Analyst or a Bachelor's Degree and 12 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
SAFe Agile certification (or appropriate experience in an Agile working environment).
Experience in supporting projects using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Azure, PowerApps Portal, MS Dynamics 365, MS SharePoint Online and/or Data analytics technologies Synapse, SQL DWH, Power BI.
Experience in working with Azure DevOps or JIRA SDLC.
Experience with document management/records management systems.
Demonstrable experience of analyzing and improving processes for organizations with more than 500 persons or system analysis for a complex IT project (with a complex architectural landscape).
Experience working with key users in a fast-paced and changing business environment to design and develop software that meets business needs.
Capacity to work independently to analyze dependencies, find synergies (e.g., when grouping User Stories) and spot any gaps or inconsistencies (missing or erroneous information).
Ability to present concisely to technical audiences (architecture) as well as business stakeholders.
Capacity to follow guidelines and ensure coherency between business strategies, enterprise architecture and technology directions, policies, standards and practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level) to listen to users, explain to scrum team, and document at an appropriate level.
Fluent in English.
