RTI-HS has office locations in the US, UK, Spain, France, and Sweden.We are currently seeking a Senior Biostatistician to join our growing Biostatistics team in Barcelona. In this role you will perform statistical research tasks of moderate to high technical complexity; select among existing approaches and techniques to complete variable work assignments. In collaboration with other members of the RTII-HS team you will also develop proposals and/or statistical sections of moderately complex proposals under limited supervision. Additionally, you will be expected to develop statistical analysis plans and perform statistical analyses in support of projects under limited supervision.ResponsibilitiesWill include but not be limited to:Mentor less experienced staff in completing project work.Ensure quality of statistical analysis and programming for projects they support.Learn new methods in response to project demands.Write statistical sections of study reports and complex sections under supervision.Provide statistical consulting to internal colleagues.Work effectively as a member of a cross functional team, identifying key issues that require a statistical solution and working with more senior staff to find solutions.Contribute to professional development of staff and scientific stature of the department.To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:High level of oral and written communication skills, including EnglishStrong attention to detailAbility to deliver on timelines and qualityStrong collaboration skillsStrong analytical skillsIt is preferred that you will be willing to work in-person out of our office in Barcelona, Spain full-time.
