Your Job
You will participate in international projects based on Java technologies using Spring & Spring Boot framework. Development of innovative web applications using state-of-the-art tools and agile methodologies. Working with a multidisciplinary team of business analysts, architects, and developers.
You will have the possibility of participating in the complete life cycle of the project from the analysis of requirements to the end and delivery.
In the onboarding phase, you will meet your Götti, your colleague at INEO who will be responsible for ensuring that you are fully integrated into the company and within the team. During your first week in the project, you will start by learning what we do and how we do it. You'll have time to set up all the config you need for the project (IntelliJ, Gitlab, JIRA boards, etc.). You will also meet your colleagues in your team not only in Valencia but also in Switzerland.
This first month at INEO, you will start working with small tasks to get the feeling of the project and familiarize yourself with the architecture. Reviewing your first merge requests will give you the opportunity to learn a lot too.
After 3 months, you are part of INEO, you feel more comfortable in the project and you are able to implement more complex tasks. During this period, you will receive feedback about your progress from your Götti and your colleagues in Switzerland.
After 6 months, you are fully integrated into the project and you have a better understanding of the application. You also participate during the refinement sessions, sharing your opinion and ideas on how to implement new features. By this time, you feel integrated into the INEO family and you are a key player in your team.
What makes you the perfect candidate
Technical studies related to software engineering or Bachelor / Master.
At least 5 years of experience in Java 11+ in a similar position and senior in Backend. At least 3 years of experience in Spring Framework / Spring Boot / Spring Data JPA.
Experience in Agile Software projects (Scrum).
Experience in CI/CD environments. Experience in testing with Spring. Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Knowledge of virtualization: Kubernetes, Docker.
Knowledge of DDBB and transactions.
Knowledge of Project Management Portal as user level (Jira, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
Valuable knowledge of Apache, Kafka, or Rabbit MQ.
Good level of English B2-C1.
