Job Description:Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, deployment and maintenance of automation solutions for various IT processes and workflows.Collaborate with IT teams to identify areas for automation, optimization, and cost savings.Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate automation tools and technologies to meet the organization's needs.Develop custom scripts or connectors to facilitate seamless data exchange between different SaaS platforms.Develop orchestration workflows to streamline complex processes and maintain data integrity.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance.Regularly review and refine existing automation solutions to ensure they remain up-to-date, efficient, and aligned with evolving business requirements.Ensure that automation solutions adhere to security and compliance standards, implementing necessary controls to protect sensitive data and systems.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT automation and related technologies.Qualifications:Holder of a bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT process automation solutions.Strong understanding of IT processes and workflows across various domains.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc., with a proven ability to develop robust and scalable scripts.Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Microsoft Power Apps, ActiveBatch, Kissflow, etc.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).Solid programming/scripting skills for creating custom automation solutions when needed.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address integration challenges and data mapping complexities.Exceptional English communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Project management experience is a plus.Additional Information:Place of work: Barcelona or Remote from Spain.
