Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.Senior Architect ConsultantRole Context: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Architect, with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, to join our growing Master Planning & Facilities team in Worley Consulting. Also, have over 10 years of architectural experience and a strong passion for sustainable design, you will play a pivotal role in guiding projects to success. The successful candidate will be based in Madrid.Responsibilities:The candidate should possess self-motivation and a strong enthusiasm for architectural practice, focusing on creating innovative and functional building designs.Ability to communicate effectively with the customer, the design team and other stakeholders.Ability to prioritize, plan work, track progress of self and others and agree and monitor targets to keep deliverables on track.Ability to provide big-picture thinking before having all the required information, whilst understanding and planning for the challenges to consider at the implementation phase.Ability to identify and propose solutions that will have the greatest positive impact on a master plan or building project.Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor a team effectively.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in relevant architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit).Ability to build a strong contact network within Worley's different teams.Drive for innovation and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Academic Background: A recognized and relevant Degree in Architecture or equivalent that will lead to registration as a Professional Engineer.
