This is going to be a critical role in the company.Tasks- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies.- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network and reach.- Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and agreements.- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our affiliate program remains competitive and effective.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align affiliate initiatives with overall business goals.- Provide leadership and guidance to the affiliate marketing team, setting clear goals and expectations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Requirements- 3+ years of experience in the affiliate industry; - Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, practices, and technologies.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.- Results-oriented with a focus on driving performance and achieving objectives.- Highly motivated, energetic, results oriented person with great communication and organizational skills- You must be a DOER.. A self starter (We don't like to micro-managing)- Very good English writing and communication skills- Not having a 9 to 5 mentality.
