Why You'll Love This Role:As a Senior Accountant, you will be at the forefront of financial excellence, ensuring precise financial reporting, maintaining compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions.
Your Key Responsibilities:Process Enhancement: Design and improve accounting and financial processes and tools, manage financial records, and lead bookkeeping across various entities. Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements.Inventory Management: Oversee accounting for inventory management and other areas like Capex. Implement effective transfer price policies and adopt a hands-on approach to solving complex problems.Tax Compliance: Establish and maintain tax files and records, document transactions, and drive system automation within the accounting and finance departments to boost efficiency and accuracy.Must-Have Skills:Experience: At least 5 years in accounting within a multinational environment.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economic and Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.Expertise: Proficient in financial close processes, tax implications, and exposure to auditors.Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
