We are looking for a passionate Senior Character Artist to bring their skills to our Dungeons Dragons PC/Console video game project.
This innovative project blends Action-RPG/Survival mechanics with the unique elements of life simulation games to redefine the genre and capture the imagination of gamers around the world.Role DescriptionCreate (Sculpt, Model, UV, texture, and create materials) high-quality characters and creatures.Deliver excellent translations of characters while considering game design constraints and respecting a strong artistic direction.Work closely with the Lead 3D Character Artist to ensure the visual target is always exceeded and stylistically consistent.Coordinate with tools and technology teams to develop necessary solutions for creating the best characters possible.Review assets to make certain that they satisfy their intended design and are ready for rigging and animation.Collaborate with other disciplines such as Design, Concept Art, Animation, Tech Art, and VFX to ensure that characters are fully realized.Verify the quality of assets in the game, and make improvements where necessary to fit technical constraints, performance targets, and artistic direction.Ensure the timely completion of assets on style and at the desired quality bar.Mentor Intermediate and Junior 3D Character Artists by providing guidance and feedback.
