About UsWere TravelPerk a hypergrowth SaaS platform offering companies a onestopshop for booking managing and reporting business travelOur aim is to revolutionise the 13 trillion business travel market by combining an unrivalled choice of travel options with a powerful booking and management platform and access to 247 customer support weve become the leading allinone travel management solutionnbsp;Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Barcelona weve grown to over 1200 people in 9 offices across Europe and North America In 2022 we became a unicorn and with a total valuation of 14 billionWeve been winning awards too Since 2023 weve been voted one of the nbsp; one of thenbsp;fastestgrowing apps and tech companies and a leading pioneer of business travelThese are just some of the reasons why global brands like Wise Red Bull GetYourGuide and Aesop trust us to supercharge their corporate travelnbsp;nbsp;The roleWe are seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR Team for Benelux amp; Nordics Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager and the Sales Country Manager in this role you will have the opportunity to lead a passionate and driven team contribute to the companys ongoing success and be part of an innovative and dynamic organization making waves in the travel industry If you are a motivated individual with a track record of sales and leadership success we invite you to apply and join our journey to global successWhat will you be doing?Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives to generate salesqualified opportunities SQLsAssist the team in effectively opening the sales cycle and nurturing prospectsOversee the outbound lead flow and monitor the efficiency of SDR activitiesEnsure the team can access the necessary tools and databases to succeedConduct regular oneonone meetings with team members to support their target achievementMonitor Salesforce metrics and analyze activity on other support tools like OutreachOrganize lead pipeline meetings on a regular basis to strategize and optimize resultsMotivate and inspire the team to consistently perform at their bestCollaborate with HR to recruit and onboard topperforming SDRsWork closely with the marketing team to enhance the quantity and quality of Marketing Qualified Leads MQLsProvide constructive feedback and support the sales development team in refining their sales approachCultivate a positive team environment with welldefined boundaries to keep the team focused on success and growthProactively manage team performance set targets conduct performance reviews and address underperformanceTrack sales targets and regularly report results to the Regional DirectorConduct competitive analysis exercises to ensure an effective market approach What will you need to succeed?Relevant experience managing a sales development team of at least 5 to 10 people with a strong focus on people development and achieving top performanceNativelevel proficiency in Dutch and high fluency in English is a mustProven experience in implementing and executing successful sales strategies and sales development plansAbility to identify gaps in performance and develop coherent frameworks and initiatives to address them effectivelySolid B2B sales experienceStrong stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with various teamsData analytical skills to provide insightful team and individual performance reports What do we offer?
