In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams on system design, configuration and testing of the SuccessFactors modules which will positively influence future Digital experiences through our People and Culture systems for employees, managers and our Leadership teams.
Job Responsibilities - Collaborate internal teams to design, develop, build and test, within the SAP SuccessFactors application supporting operational enhancements as well as larger implementation initiatives.
Development efforts include Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Enablement, Recruiting, Onboarding and Reporting.Thoroughly test all code to ensure that programs are functioning correctly while coordinating with our Quality Assurance team.
