Are you a certified Salesforce professional with a knack for solving problems and optimizing customer care solutions? We're seeking a Salesforce Consultant to act as the Subject Matter Expert for our Salesforce platform, supporting enhancements, resolving incidents, and driving impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Salesforce platform, ensuring effective support and enhancements.
Oversee and resolve application issues and incident tickets with a focus on delivering timely solutions.
Deliver best practice solutions for functional changes using Salesforce configuration or development.
Conduct technical analysis for application issues and change requests, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate on projects within your area of expertise, including customer care solutions and customer communication management .
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce in client management , with a focus on customer care solutions.
A minimum of two Salesforce certifications , including Salesforce Certified Administrator . Ideally, you also hold the Salesforce Platform App Builder or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable system capabilities .
Strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
