You will make a difference by ensuring regulatory compliance, managing critical documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers, all while supporting seamless operations within a fast-paced industry.Responsibilities:Support the Sales Manager in managing day-to-day businessRespond to customer and supplier queries in English and relevant local languagesProcess customer and supplier requests, ensuring timely creation and distribution of order confirmations, invoices, and regulatory documentsMonitor end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement to final product deliveryProcess product and document approvals based on Specifications for Food, Regulatory, and Quality CertificatesObtain price offers, requested documents, and certificates from suppliersCollect and manage product information for the Sales ManagerValidate purchase documents and review Certificates of Analysis in compliance with regulatory standardsCollaborate with the European logistics and regulatory teamsMaintain a log for customer complaints and issues, and follow up on ongoing customer issuesOrganize and manage a document database for food safety and regulatory documents and certificates, including IFS CertificationCreate and maintain SAP master data, SKUs, and Salesforce (SFDC) materialsValidate VAT-related concerns with the VAT controller when neededCoordinate the dispatch of samplesMinimum Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support, purchasing, and sales administrationTechnical skills and knowledge on food concepts (Nutrition, Technology of Food, etc.)Work experience in distribution, trading, or export/importSAP knowledgeProven ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing workloadHigh attention to detail, follow-through, and accuracyProficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Fluent in local languages and ideally in English, written and spokenAt DKSH, we are driven by a purpose that goes beyond the ordinary: enriching people's lives.
