This position reports to Business Manager - E2E
Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of UPS products within a designated market, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
This role is contributing to the UPS Sales Team in Electrification Business Area in Spain, driving sales volumes and margins. In this role, you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.
Using your knowledge of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.
Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.
Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting cash collection and project management activities, when needed.

Qualifications for the role Around 5 years of experience in sales.
Sound knowledge of UPS-Uninterruptible Power Supply and the electrical sector market.
Knowledge of electricity, sales management, and CRM tools.
A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
An electrical technical background; engineering degree valuable.
Fluent Spanish and medium-high English.
Current driving license valid in Spain.
