Minimum Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.Knows how to drive and has a valid driver's license.Must have experience with Business to Business (B2B) transactions.Can start ASAP.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Account Maintenance
Ensure regular communication to customers by regular visits, order coordination, etc.Ensure proper coordination across all departments for timely delivery and collection.Ensure that target sales for the territory within a certain period are achieved.2. Business Development
Develop new business for the company by acquiring new customers, generating proposals, and recommending activities that will help grow the company's network.Ensure due diligence is conducted prior to processing account opening and endorsement to the territory manager, such as initial credit investigation, plant/facilities visit, character check, etc.3. Market Sensing
Gather data about the market such as competitor strategies, upcoming opportunities, developments in the territory, and other relevant information that shall help management in strategy development.4. Collection
Closely coordinate with the Credit and Collection department and customers on processing billing and collection.Assist the Credit and Collection department in ensuring proper recording of payments.5. Sales Facilitation and Control
Release price and volume advisory to customers and gather orders and data.Submit competitor prices to the Territory Manager and Sales Manager for analysis.Escalate to the sales manager orders beyond the approved base prices and volume.Closely coordinate with customer service to ensure proper placement of orders.Coordinate with concerned departments (operations, credits) for necessary activities to ensure completion of a sale.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
