The selected candidate will respond to the current Country Sales Manager on his/her activity as a Sales Representative at the Personal Care Business.

Job purpose
To achieve sales plan and budget by developing new business through the identification of potential sales opportunities and maintaining and growing current business. To engage with customers, mainly visiting face to face, in order to promote products. To coordinate projects with them, following up new leads and sample requests to convert into sales and to identify and report customer needs and business on risk.
Main Accountabilities
To set up a broad contact network (purchasing, technical, marketing) to build the right level of customer intimacy.
To report promptly on business in the designated market, identifying any threats or opportunities as they arise.
To gather data on market prices and competitor behaviour and report to the relevant team.
To report all sales activity and market insights into CMR.
To manage and achieve budget assigned.
Monthly updating of the forecasting system.
New trends and niche identification.
To ensure efficient communication channels and feedback with the rest of their department.
To contact and communicate with other areas (business, application teams, customer service) to solve those problems that require technical, supply or strategic input.
To liaise with all necessary company functions as required (e.g. sites, supply chain, finance) to ensure all requirements (customer & company) are fulfilled from order receipt to cash collection.
To ensure all customer issues/complaints are actioned within the relevant system and responses fed back to customer.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commercial/sales acumen.
Drive, enthusiasm and self-motivation.
A Degree level technical background or equivalent in a science related discipline, preferably Chemistry. A master's degree in cosmetics and/or sales management is desirable.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the Personal Care Business.
Experience in B2B sales (selling) will be essential, including discussions of technical concepts with customers.
Relevant industry, market & product knowledge or ability to develop this quickly.
Highly proficient technical selling and ability to communicate technical concepts to customers with strong industry, market and product knowledge.
Spanish and high level of English (writing and speaking).
Solid computer skills.
Safety driving person. Full driving licence is required.
