This involves constant monitoring of both current and prospective clients, in order to increase the company's presence in the German market.
The main functions and responsibilities include:
Prospecting for new clients.
Promoting the company's products and solutions in the target area, which is Germany.
Managing current clients.
Generating new clients to increase sales volume, acquiring and retaining them, and properly tracking their current and future needs.
Conducting market studies to gain deeper insight into market needs and adapt the company's solutions accordingly.
Order management in collaboration with the assigned back-office team, aiming to provide adequate customer service.
Periodic reporting on actions and activities carried out, as well as identifying customer needs and providing proposals to address them.
Being proactive in sales management in the assigned area.
Participating in customer follow-up and seeking solutions when necessary.
Collaborating in the creation of market-adapted documentation, such as translations or adaptations to local mentality, in cooperation with the company's marketing department.
Traveling regularly to stay close to the market and understand its needs.
Proposing new opportunities in the assigned area, both in terms of expanding the product range and offering additional services to customers.
