Sales Operations Coordinator

Manage all incoming and outgoing products through logistics strategies to effectively comply with the supply chain.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADESPrepare and monitor all documents regarding the reception and tracking of orders; coordinate the reception and payment of the requested shipments.Prepare the corresponding documentation for the shipment of the product to the client.Monitor all deliveries of orders to customers.Update SAP (orders, purchase and sales invoices); update Business Partner in SAP.Manage and protect the documentation under your responsibility.Support for monthly closing according to sales.Maintain control of physical inventories against the system using the formats authorized by the Logistics and Warehouse department.Supervise periodic, monthly, semi-annual, and annual inventories.Check the logistics data sent by Alfil for each customer order (reference, number and weight of boxes, pallet type, and verify pictures sent by Alfil to ensure accuracy). Coordinate the arrival of containers at the warehouse with Alfil and forwarders.Update the status of shipments to Barcelona and customer orders through a control in an Excel document that is updated daily.Maintain current sanitary permits; manage customs procedures and tax refunds.Update Import License and Tariff Lines; update Incoterm for each distributor.Ensure compliance with Custom Regulations, Legal, and Tax requirements.Oversee Logistics operations.
