The Sales Operations Business Partner - IoT is responsible for developing close working relationships with senior stakeholders across Vodafone Business, in order to closely support them with data-driven decision-making. Your analytical, proactive nature enables swift identification of problems and challenges, and your customer focus and innovative thinking drives you to act quickly to implement appropriate solutions - for example process improvement, toolset development, data correction and stakeholder training and guidance.
You will be accountable for the leadership of the Sales Operations function in IoT. The key accountabilities are:
Owning and managing the operational relationships.Supporting Sales to leverage digital operations and intelligence to improve business performance.Allowing greater connectivity to our customers.This individual will need to be hands-on and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
What you bring: Experience of working within global and matrix managed teams.Experience of leading a successful team.Experience in an operational or customer support/experience environment.Experience working in a Sales Operations environment.Proven stakeholder management / influencing skills / change management.Commercial/finance experience.Advanced Level of English.Why Vodafone?
