Your Responsibilities and Tasks:
Achieve sales growth and expand market reach and coverage according to Iberia Sales Strategy.
Manage the whole offer management process, from definition of scope to technical detailing and solution pricing.
Coordinate and drive sales activities with end customers and partners.
Support Head of Sales to define right sales strategy for Spain and International New Machine/Used Machine market.
Manage customer relationships.
Ensure all sales orders are negotiated with acceptable gross margin contribution according to defined targets.
Support product development projects.
Your Profile and Qualifications:
University Degree in Engineering, Agricultural Engineering.
Experience and knowledge in olive oil sector.
Know-how of state-of-the-art sales process, organization methods and tools (e.g. ordering, pricing, CRM).
Proven skills in negotiation & contracting with customers.
Understanding of corporate finance.
English (proficient).
Deep understanding of business with developed focus on customer needs and fulfilment of customer expectations.
Open-minded and solution oriented, strong problem solving skills.
Team player, good net-worker and negotiator.
Very good communication skills, strong sales person.
Strong customer orientation - Ability to engage with customers at different levels.
Based in Seville, Cordoba or Badajoz.
