Analyze and evaluate the North American energy storage market, identifying opportunities for growth.
Organize and deliver internal training programs to strengthen team capabilities.
Support external technical exchanges to enhance product adoption and client engagement.
Negotiate and sign contracts while ensuring timely payment collection.
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to maintain market insight.
Requirements
Proven sales experience in the energy storage industry, with familiarity with top integrators, developers, investors, and electric companies (preferred).
Native level of Chinese
Alternatively, sales experience in the photovoltaic (solar) industry, with the ability to connect with clients needing energy storage solutions.
Expertise in developing large clients from scratch (0-1 development experience).
Ability to create customer organization authority maps, understanding decision-making structures within organizations.
Strong customer relationship building and project management skills.
Exceptional business negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
Proficient in cross-departmental collaboration and communication.
Strong market insight abilities, including understanding industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
