Currently, for one of our clients, a leading provider of professional Near-Infrared (NIR) analysis products and services, integrating R&D, production, and sales, we are looking for Sales in Italy and Spain.
Spain, Location: Jaen (Granada, Linares, Cordoba), Spain.
Italy, Location: Calabria, Sicily or Puglia.
Responsibilities:
Implement the company's sales plan to achieve the sales targets;
Work closely with our local partners;
Search for target clients, build client pools and conduct direct sales via phone calls and physical visits;
Collect, organize, and provide feedback on information regarding the target market;
Through the establishment of deep customer relationships, promote customer re-purchase and transfer introduction to achieve sales growth;
Responsible for the establishment of customer information, storage, and classification management.
Basic Requirements:
1-3 years' experience in direct sales.
MUST HAVE experience in the olive industry.
Ability to generate pipeline and business opportunity leads;
Passion for sales work, diligent and proactive;
Team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and good interpersonal skills.
Local language proficiency and fluent English in writing, speaking, listening, and reading.
Driving license cat. B.
Advanced Requirements:
Sales experience in NIR/instrument/equipment/related fields.
