Who are we looking for: As a Sales Information Analyst , you are expected to be responsible for analyzing and interpreting sales data to provide valuable insights and recommendations that drive informed business decisions.
Manage the collection, organization, and analysis of sales-related information to support sales strategies, optimize processes, and enhance overall sales performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Collect, compile, and validate sales data from various sources, such as GRM systems, sales reports, and market databases.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and reconciliations.
Analyze sales trends, patterns, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Develop and maintain sales reports to present insights to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales team to create accurate sales forecasts and predictions based on historical data and market trends.
Continuously refine forecasting models to improve accuracy over time.
Evaluate sales team performance by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, sales quotas, and customer acquisition costs.
Provide insights into individual and team performance to optimize sales strategies and resource allocation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
Provide recommendations to the sales and marketing teams for adapting strategies to changing market conditions.
Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the sales cycle and propose solutions for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements that streamline sales operations.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Assist in strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
Ensure data literacy across the organization to enhance the overall data-driven culture.
What does it take to be part of the team?
Must have a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
At least 6 months to 2 years of working experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or data analysis.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of sales processes, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Willing to report in Distribution Center at: SARIAYA, QUEZON.
