The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping to identify and acquire new customers, qualify and close existing leads, liaise with internal stakeholders and help manage the entire sales process. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and building strong, long-term relationships with customers. You'll be responsible for: Sales and Business Development Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, referrals, etc.). Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations tailored to client needs. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders. Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate solutions to address their business challenges. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and continuous customer satisfaction. Market and Product Knowledge Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's software solutions, features, and benefits. Sales Reporting and Analytics Track and report on sales performance metrics using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot). Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to management. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Team Collaboration Work closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales goals and generate quality leads. Partner with customer success and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and account retention. Share insights and best practices with the sales team to drive collective success. Ideally you'll have: Bachelor's degree Proficiency in using CRM platforms and sales tools. Proven track record of success in sales. Strong understanding of sales cycle and customer acquisition strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
