Responsibilities & Duties (80%) • Identify and visit target consultants, architects, main contractors, and installers to identify projects.
Support the consultants and the installers in designing the projects with Panasonic solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Follow up on the projects in Salesforce and monitor the project pipeline regularly.
• Support the installers and consultants with training regarding the products and software for the responsible product category.
• Provide market feedback to the Product Managers and reflect this in strategy/tactics reviews and future product development.
Suggest appropriate measures to achieve strategic company goals.
• Identify and build strong relationships with specifiers, design offices, and installers to increase project business.
• Coordinate regularly with relevant internal partners to follow up on project installations from product sales to commissioning, minimizing installation risks by predicting and anticipating project issues and taking preventive measures to ensure customer service success.
• Ensure appropriate documentation of the project pipeline and progress in relevant systems.
Qualification & Experience • Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Experience in Business Development in B2B is beneficial.
Knowledge & Skills • Proficient understanding and knowledge in processes, technologies, products, or other relevant fields of expertise.
• Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual principles and techniques.
• Understands the impact of legislation and regulations relevant to the business or function.
• Very strong communication and negotiation skills.
