In Alfa Laval, we provide the solutions to help them achieve these challenging targets. In this role, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience, proposing our state-of-the-art heat exchange sustainable solutions to the Commercial Heat Pumps industry, mainly for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and System Builders. This responsibility requires a high level of coordination with the rest of the members of the Iberica Sales Company and Business Unit central teams. The role requires occasional travel within Spain.The main responsibilities will be: Analyze and understand market insights and the customers' buying behavior, making business plans according to the business division strategy and targets. Look for and manage leads from the market to convert them into real business opportunities, growing and securing the projects pipeline. Manage opportunities during the whole sales process, including heat exchangers design, quote preparation, and commercial contractual negotiations, maximizing profitability for Alfa Laval. Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs, highlighting the unique selling points, and doing thorough follow-up of the projects. Be active in the market and focus on making meetings and interactions with customers focusing on their needs. The cross-selling mindset, understanding, and highlighting the value of our products and service offerings are key.
