You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the LifeIn this exciting opportunity as a Sales Enablement and Excellence Specialist, you will have the responsibility to manage sales structure, manage data content and reporting, collaborate on the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) and target setting processes, manage Salesforce-Lightning, and provide reporting and analytics to support our internal stakeholders. You will report to the Sales Enablement & Excellence Manager and work closely with other Sales Enablement and Excellence Specialists in Europe.In this role, you will work closely with the Operating Unit, Sales, and Marketing teams within the Business. You will be able to drive analytics and reporting tools. It will be essential to provide accurate and timely data and information to the business and ensure a close collaboration with our stakeholders. This is a Flex position, and you will be expected to work from the offices some days per week.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Local expert on the country structure setup and the key country liaison with the sales structure maintenance team to ensure the structure accurately reflects the country's situation.Local support for Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Salesforce Lightning and other Sales Enablement tools. Ensure that Salesforce-Lightning has adequate visibility into key data, provide training and regular reports, work closely with the Business in driving adoption.Support the target setting process with guidance from the Sales Enablement Manager.Support and collaborate with the SIP process: mapping, proxy and manual adjustment, SIP metrics reconciliation, with the help and guidance of the manager.Be the point of contact for data-related questions within the country/region and be responsible for overall local data quality within scope.Collaborate with local stakeholders in your daily job to drive initiatives and help them to understand reporting and tools.Become an active and key member of the overall Sales Enablement & Excellence team, sharing and championing the dissemination and leverage of best practice within the wider organization. Collaborate and work closely with other Sales Enablement Specialists (Sales Analysts) in Western Europe and in Iberia.Required Knowledge and Experience:Business or Healthcare related (medical or scientific) degree or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial excellence, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence experience in the medical device or Healthcare industry is a prerequisite.Fluent English and Spanish.Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.Willingness to travel occasionally to internal meetings.Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to quantify financial impact of decisions and identify key factors when making recommendations.Strong team player and track record of working collaboratively to manage cross-functional, cross-business issues and generate impact through others. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills and passionate about the business.
