Descripción: The Sales Development Representative, Inbound is a key player to help accelerate our growth for new Customers. You will be our Customers' first point of contact and will be responsible for getting to the root cause of their needs and potential 'pain points' so that product recommendations can be made that enable the Customer to manage their business easier now and in the future. The role holder will need to be confident and knowledgeable about our products and services and be able to communicate the product capabilities brilliantly so that Customers understand this easily and it meets expectations. The role is responsible for the development of sales in multiple geographies.
Responsabilidades principales:
Interact (Call, chat, meet online) with incoming sales leads to achieve Company sales goals.Build in-depth expertise of product and its use.Lead product demos to customers & utilize your sales skills to identify the needs of customers and effectively position product and solutions that best meet the needs of customers.Collect feedback from new customers to use it further as input for product development.Maintain accurate records of sales activities on a daily basis.Qualify leads from marketing activities as sales opportunities and continually prospect for new customers through cold calling and other lead generation efforts as assigned; nurture those prospects as assigned.Develop a comprehensive understanding of CakeHR and keep abreast of upcoming product updates.Conduct high-level conversations with HR leaders in prospects accounts by articulating Sage CakeHR's value proposition.Actively maintain a sales pipeline with documented activity in accordance with sales processes and methodologies.Develop and nurture a pipeline of new business opportunities to deliver to the Account Executive team to further accelerate our growth.Setup QDCs (qualified discovery calls) with qualified prospects and Account Executives.Skills, know-how, and experience: Must have: You have demonstrable experience of working in a Sales role.You are fluent in English both verbal and written (English as a native language will be considered as an advantage).Able to deliver Product demonstrations through 1-2-1 or 1-2-many webinar hosting.You are an incredible communicator and excellent at creating relationships with others.You are passionate about sales and excellent at persuading others through direct/indirect influence.You like technology and can work with multiple tools and services.Preferred: You are familiar with HR and/or SaaS technology.You have experience with sales technologies including Pipedrive and Intercom.El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo: https://www.kitempleo.es/empleo/116861207/sales-development-representative-w27-barcelona/?utm_source=html
