The Role
Join our team as an enthusiastic AI Sales Development Representative (SDR)! If you're eager to kick-start your career in tech sales and have a passion for AI, this role is for you!
In this role, you'll be introducing NOA, our innovative AI-powered platform that streamlines healthcare workflows, reduces administrative burdens, and provides doctors with crucial insights to make data-driven decisions quickly and effectively.
Your main tasks will include:

Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our AI solutions and generate interest. (60%)
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and databases. (30%)
Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and qualify them as potential leads based on our target market criteria. (10%)

You'll support the AI Sales Executive and AI Sales Leader by generating and qualifying leads, playing a crucial role in the team's success.
What Will Make You Shine

Experience:

Minimum 1 year experience in outbound, cold calls for digital solutions.
Previous experience in a sales or lead generation role, in the tech or SaaS industry.

Skills: Strong communication skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with AI technologies and SaaS business models is a plus.
Ability to use CRM software and sales tools.
Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
