France Enterprise Sales Manager - Central Sales
An AWS Central Sales Manager will be adept at managing immediate team members along with larger matrixed teams and will be responsible for their continued development in terms of both performance management and performance enhancement.
You will hire and develop the best, and provide them with the resources, industry knowledge and strategic direction needed to continue raising the bar.
The team will consist of CSR Account Executives, who will increase adoption and shape the future of cloud technologies across Benelux Mid-Enterprise by identifying and developing new business opportunities by collaborating with partners to scale and accelerate customer success.
Your team will use their background in sales and technology to increase engagement at the CXO level, as well as with Software Developers, IT architects and partners.
Your team will manage the entire lifecycle of new business opportunities from prospecting to closure and adoption, whilst delivering against a territory scaling plan to achieve their revenue targets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Experience in AWS technology related sales, business development or new business experience in the tech industryExperience working with complex IT solutionsSelf-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills; you are motivated and result orientedExperience managing and leading successful sales teamsExperience working with partners to drive scaling campaignsProven track record as a communicatorExcellent proficiency in written and spoken English and French is mandatory PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AWS Cloud Practitioner certifiedAWS Solutions Architect certification / training
