Job Profile The Digital Solution Advisor is a customer-facing role mapping product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support the selling of solutions and services with a specialization in the nuances of digital sales techniques. Serve as domain experts and spokesperson(s) for designated solution or product segment.

Deal Support: The Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist is instrumental in sculpting and delivering unparalleled sales presentations on SAP and partner software solutions, tailored especially for discerning audiences. They will collaborate with VAT teams, attuning to our customers' perspectives, and intertwining their challenges with our solutions. They will curate and maintain a sophisticated asset library and lead discovery sessions with potential clients. Demand Generation: A Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist will lead webinars and align with Marketing and DG priorities, ensuring proactive outreach. They will collaborate strategically with DG and marketing teams to craft compelling content that addresses the core challenges of our target market. Digital Content for Customer Facing Situations: Their mastery over SAP offerings allows them to curate and innovate digital content for customer-facing situations, ensuring alignment with market trends. Sales Enablement: They will lead training sessions, imparting nuanced understanding and actionable insights to ensure the sales team can translate product functionalities into tangible benefits for clients. Experience and Language Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required; MBA or equivalent degree preferred. More than 5 years in (digital) presales, technology consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role with proficiency in at least one solution/LoB segment. Experience in digital transformation in presales and advocating for innovative digital tools. Native Spanish speaker with conversational fluency in English.
