Reporting to Gerard, our Head of CRM, you will replace Sara, our CRM VIP Manager during her maternity leave. Your goal will be maintaining, strengthening, and nurturing close relationships with our high-value players to provide them with a great player experience and top-notch support, measured by user engagement, churn, and Satisfaction (NPS).
