Your tasks: As part of our Account Management team, you will manage your own book of clients from Iberia, alongside the Sales Managers.You will be the first point of contact for user setup and the internal coordination of our customer enquiries.You will be the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality, through consistent communication and training.Together with the Sales Manager, you will develop strategies for long-term customer development.You will be responsible for the booking administration, including the contract check. Your profile: 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, very good skills in English.Client-centric and enjoy working with clients.Well organized and detail oriented.Hands-on mentality, self-motivated and proactive team player.
