About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee position to join our Human Resources Department in Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Screening resumes and applications
Conducting Interviews according to Jumeirah Standards (Behavioural Based Interviews)
Updating our internal databases with employee information to ensure it meets the internal requirements.
Updating job descriptions
Organize internal events related to colleagues
About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Qualification Studies related to hospitality or human resources
Experience Related work experience is a strength
Skills Good English communication skills
Knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications.
Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues and Management.
Teamwork and creative skills.
Pleasing personality.
