.Scrum Master y Agile Lead con Inglés en híbrido.AGILE LEADER Your tasksIn your role as Agile Leader you will assume overall responsibility (including budgeting) for our agile teams at the Asturias location.You plan and organize development activities together with your team. As an Agile Leader you coach your team leaders / Scrum masters and enable them to organize themselves and act independently in accordance with agile principles and roles.With your experience you help developing your scrum team to its highest performance. You are responsible for the recruitment of new employees and for the development of additional agile teams.You support the team leaders in the development of their employees. As part of our Cross Site Steering Team you actively influence organizational development and promote cross-site collaboration.Furthermore you help to keep processes and practices consistent for the entire software development.Your profile You have several years of experience in leading agile software development (Scrum SAFe) in a scaled distributed environment.You provide passionate leadership, cultivate a cooperative management style, enjoy moderating and understand how to motivate the organization.You are communicative, creative, like to take responsibility and share your experience with agile practices in the organization. Flexible working schedule.SCRUM MASTER Your dutiesAs Scrum Master you coach your scrum team working on the implementation of the company software by planning, preparing and moderating scrum events.You challenge and develop your scrum team to achieve their best performance e.G. by implementing the measures resulting from retrospectives.You ensure that your team applies agile principles and practices. As a Team Leader you are responsible for 8-10 cross-functional team members (e.G. software developers, agile testers).As a member of the Software Leadership Team you coordinate the activities of your team(s) with other team leaders located in Asturias (Spain), Herisau (Switzerland) and Bratislava (Slovakia).Your profile You have a Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or in a technical area. You have several years of experience in the development of sophisticated software products.You have leadership experience as Scrum Master or in a similar function. You lead with passion and you know how to motivate your team with a servant leadership style
