Owns the output of a single work location within Human Resources and typically manages a team of HR Business Partner job family roles. Manages an HR Consulting group for a specific site consisting of an employee population with a broad range of consulting needs. Provides strategic HR consulting to senior business partners on a broad range of HR issues. Focuses on a thorough understanding of the business being served; tailors HR programs to meet specific business needs. Oversees staffing work for client base. Assists in the creation of retention strategies and development plans for early and mid-career high potential employees. Provides process support and training for client group. Assists in high-level compensation functions.

Manages job elimination process. Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge but is guided by functional practices and well-defined management precedents. Focuses on implementing and executing strategies within own department/discipline/team.
