AB Apartment Barcelona is a rental apartment agency offering more than 500 apartments for short- and mid-term stays in Barcelona. All our apartments are located in strategic and central locations. We are currently looking for a Revenue Management Specialist to join our Revenue Team.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Barcelona for a Revenue Management Specialist. The Revenue Management Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as maximizing revenue, forecasting demand and pricing, analyzing data and trends, achieving revenue goals, and communicating with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
TareasYou will be responsible for:
Ensure the best price and ADR for each property, both tourist and seasonal apartments, and analyze the commercial policyManage and optimize distribution channels. Maintain the balance of channel distribution according to the company's objectivesIdentify new opportunities and participate in the creation of new offers and commercial packages.Development, communication and implementation of the sales strategy.Analysis of the competitive set, forecast (short and long term), booking trends, pick up, no shows and business sources.Creation of reports for Management and other departments.Establish and maintain internal and external relationships (OTAs, agencies and owners)Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Revenue Management experienceFinance knowledgeEffective Communication skillsSales skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficient in Excel and/or other revenue management softwareBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fieldExperience in the hospitality and tourism industry is a plusNative Spanish and high level of English is requiredRequisitosPrevious experience of at least 3 years developing the same role
