The Revenue Manager at our Sports Resort plays a pivotal role in optimizing revenue and profitability by strategically managing pricing, inventory, and distribution channels. This role is responsible for analyzing market trends, competition, and demand to make informed pricing decisions and develop revenue strategies tailored to the unique needs of a sports-focused resort.Responsibilities:Focus on generating revenues, developing profitable sales strategies, and enhancing competitivenessAnalyze and monitor market trends in the Sports Resort IndustryDevelop an elastic strategy with the aim of optimizing earnings in all segments, such as sports event schedules and seasonal trendsNegotiate rates and contracts with sports event organizers and relevant partners to maximize revenue opportunitiesSet and monitor pricing strategies and manage inventory to maximize revenueOperation and maintenance of revenue management tools (RMS, PMS)Forecast future revenue performance and devise effective yield management strategiesCollaborate with commercial and marketing teams to align pricing and promotional strategies with sports-related initiatives and eventsGenerate regular reports and provide insights into revenue performance, market dynamics, and pricing strategies tailored to the sports resort industryCommunicate and ensure the implementation of the revenue management strategy across all commercial and operational departmentsOptimize distribution channels, including sports event partnerships, travel agencies, and online platforms, to drive bookings and revenueMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related fieldProven experience in revenue management or related roles, preferably in the sports or resort industryStrong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic sports-focused resort environmentStrong business acumen with a keen awareness of current sales trendsTeam player with strong organizational abilities and a solid understanding of yield managementProficient in MS Office and other relevant softwareExperience in the hospitality industry would be appreciatedHigh proficiency in English and Spanish; German, or any other language is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
