PositionBeing part of LVMH gives you the opportunity of learning new things every day and working with people passionate about what they do, in a fast moving and ambitious company.Reporting to the Retail Manager, the mission of the Retail Supervisor Trainer will be to maximize retail sales of the sell out team in El Corte Inglés and increase the market share, ranking, and productivity of each counter through training and coaching based on dynamism, customer service excellence, and productivity to achieve sales objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop sales and manage sales performance by store to reach targets.Ensure that the retail population embodies the brand's values and retail projects.Motivate BCs to have team spirit and be goal-driven.Ensure recruitment of the best-qualified counter managers and BCs.Enforce strict and regular control of POS merchandising, decoration, and operating conditions up to brand standards and following corporate guidelines.Prepare and conduct training sessions.Train teams of ECI.Train and coach teams for new ECI openings.Be exemplary in expertise and selling in the field.Measure and monitor sell-out team performance following training actions.ProfileSkillsAnalytical with a drive to results.Deep knowledge of the retail luxury industry.Team management and leadership skills.Excellent communication skills and emotional storytelling.Passionate and energetic personality able to transmit joy and enthusiasm and connect with the audience, gaining their trust and affection.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar; MBA desirable.Fluent in English.Experience working with Office 365, with a high level of Excel and Power BI.5 years' experience in retail luxury in management positions.Deep knowledge of store operations, retail KPIs, team management, and solid experience in creating and executing successful action plans to increase sales or address unexpected challenges.Additional InformationThe LVMH Group is committed to the prevention of any form of discrimination and the respect of individuality and differences.
